We take care of all the organisational and administrative tasks required for a smooth and pleasant care relationship. In 24-hour home care, the caregiver lives together with the person in need of care and provides comprehensive support with daily activities. The caregiver not only handles basic care, but also takes care of the household and organises leisure activities. Care is tailored individually to the needs of the person concerned, ensuring an optimal and personal care experience.

The example monthly cost of 24-hour care, including household management, ranges from €2,400 to €3,000 per month, depending on the required services and language skills.
Costs are billed fairly, transparently and comprehensibly.
Second person in the household: an additional €150–250, depending on the level of care required.
Our monthly costs for 24-hour care include all social contributions: pension, health and insurance costs.
A double daily rate applies for services provided on the following public holidays:
1 January (New Year), Easter Sunday and Easter Monday, 24/25/26 December (Christmas)

Most of our 24-hour caregivers have some knowledge of German, although the level of vocabulary and fluency can vary. When choosing a caregiver for senior care, we offer you the option of selecting between different levels of language proficiency, so you can find the caregiver who best matches your individual requirements. It's worth emphasising, however, that effective communication doesn't have to be purely verbal. Even with a caregiver who has only basic German, everyday life can be managed without any problems. What matters most here is the human relationship, which goes far beyond language skills alone. Our priority is to create a harmonious, trust-based care environment built on mutual understanding and empathy.

Our comprehensive range of services in senior care includes individually tailored support offerings adapted to our clients' needs. These include:- Personal hygiene: help with dressing and undressing, showering, bathing, shaving and applying skin cream, to ensure our clients' everyday comfort and dignity.
- Household management: efficient help with shopping, preparing and serving meals, as well as laundry and cleaning.
- Daily structure and leisure activities: organising the daily routine and encouraging activities such as reading aloud, walks, games and maintaining social contacts, to improve quality of life.
- Accompaniment and support: reliable accompaniment to doctor's appointments, official errands or hairdresser visits, to ensure safety and wellbeing.
- Memory care and reminiscence work: especially for clients with dementia, we place great importance on preserving memories through creative activities such as creating photo books or drawing a life tree.
- Integration into daily life: we encourage participation in everyday life by offering simple tasks, to strengthen our clients' self-esteem and independence, especially in cases of dementia.
