Cost of 24-Hour Care in Munich
Every 24-hour care arrangement is put together individually, based on the client's own wishes and actual care needs. So the costs are just as individual as the care assignment itself. You are billed for exactly what you want, what you need and what you receive. The example monthly cost for a 24-hour care service including household management ranges from €2,400 to €3,000 per month. Costs are calculated fairly, transparently and comprehensibly. You'll find more details on the process in our FAQ.
24-Hour Care from €80 a Day
The price of 24-hour care depends both on the caregiver's German language skills and on their scope of duties, qualifications and the care requirements involved. We're happy to work with you to put together an individual offer tailored to your needs.

Second person in the household: an additional €150–250, depending on the level of care required.
Travel costs for the round trip range from €150 to €300. If the caregiver lives in Germany, their transport costs are usually low. However, if they are travelling from, for example, Bulgaria to a part of Germany far to the west, the round-trip cost can be around €300. For long distances, we try to arrange a flight for the caregiver, so the estimated maximum cost is around €300 (round-trip flight).
If care dependency has been certified and a care level (Pflegegrad) has been granted, the care allowance (Pflegegeld) from the long-term care insurance fund can be used to reduce the cost of 24-hour care. Benefits offered by long-term care insurance for short-term care or respite care may also be available. Tax deductions may also be possible.
Our monthly costs for 24-hour care include all social contributions: health, pension and insurance costs.
